Often we are asked what we do all day. The assumption is, that as homeschoolers, we spend our day pouring over textbooks, doing "school at home". Nothing could be further from the truth. Take a glimpse into our lives. You may be surprised to see all the "learning" that is going on. I'm Laura, wife to Jay, mom to Brett, Hannah, Emily, Grant, Jacob, Cade, Sophia, William, Luke and Tori(yes, that's right, there are 10 of them!) and grandma to Noel, living and loving life in Loveland, OH.

Happy 2010!

A few weeks behind schedule, but the family picture is done! Can't say that I really like it, but everyone is in it and no one is screaming! I hate that they use those steps to make you look taller, Emily has a good 2 inches on me! So from left to right, front row: Grant, William, Luke and Brett. Middle row: Cade, Jacob and Sophia. Back row: Hannah, Jay, Laura and Emily.

"Everyone is in it and no one is screaming" seems to me a perfectly sensible definition of a great family picture! :-)
