I had a couple of kids that were interested in going, but we really dont need more than 10 people down there helping. Besides, Pat S car seats 5 and shes at capacity as it is now.

Call me if you have questions Chris

Brett and Hannah went back down to RMH to volunteer and to serve dinner. As usual they had a great time! I am so proud of them, that even in such a little way, they are making things brighter for families in crisis! I bet none of the families they serve know how close we came to losing Brett as a baby and how Children's Hospital and their wonderful staff saved his life.

Hi,

I popped through your blog through someone's link listing homeschooling families. I like to cruise through and see what's up in your world. I was homeschooling up until last year, and some days I miss it like crazy. I designed a book for Terri Camp called Ignite The Fire! It was a great book and the first time I learned about unschooling. I never knew it existed before. I think your kids have something great. Enjoy your unschooling.

Thanks! Unschooling just seems so right for our family. When I first researched homeschooling it seemed like such an alien concept, to let children follow their own path, but just weeks into our homeschooling journey it all started to make sense. I never would have thought that I would one day be a radical unschooler! I will have to check out the book you mentioned!

I am also a homeschool mom and found your blog. I just wanted to comment on your serving the Ronald McDonald House. YES! It is so much appreciated. We spent 10 weeks at a RMH a little over 7 years ago when our daughter had 2 open heart surgeries. It was so nice to have a prepared meal, and people who cared. So, I know the people you served greatly appreciated it. :) Loni
